What you get
I fly a full pattern over the structure: every slope, valley, and penetration, plus tight passes on anything that looks suspect — lifted shingles, flashing gaps, moss, hail bruising, clogged gutters. You get an organized gallery with the trouble spots called out plainly.
To be straight with you: this is documentation, not a licensed inspection. What it does is give your roofer or adjuster exactly the views they need — and give you a clean before-and-after record when the work is done.
